Schedule Upcoming Meetings
Schedule frequent touch points to discuss priorities with your people leader and team members. Review regular operating rhythms with your leader, such as regularly scheduled meetings, necessary calendar invites and your role in each meeting.
Make a Plan
Work with your leader to create a 30-60-90 day plan to help you assimilate. Use it as a living document during your early touch points. Create your Career Path Profile to help you stay on track. Discover learning resources and opportunities that will support your career goals. Discuss with your manager what is available for you to pursue.
